Luis and his family presented a fully sold-out show, Kidney Kingdom, at Signal during the festival, garnering a bunch of amazing reviews, topped off with the Golden Gibbo Award for best independent production.

This was on top of their incredible work to take out top honours at the Raw Comedy national final – which will see the boys jetting off to Edinburgh to compete in the So You Think You’re Funny competition.

Young Luis also caused quite a ruckus on the Triple J breakfast show, baffling and enraging the youth of Australia with his kazoo playing prowess. Listen to the utter chaos here (about 14 mins in).

Everyone’s third favourite f*cked-up family pantomime, The Peep Jeep was awarded a prize for Best Comedy at the festival, which is described as the “Sundance for Web Series”, and is the world’s first festival for online shows.

Meanwhile The Broken Ones took out not one but three awards. The mental mens’ group was also given a Best Comedy nod, while two of the stars of the series, Daniel Cowan and Shirley Nankervis were honoured in the comedy actor and actress categories for their stirring performances as Clive and Sophia.

The USA domination by Lost Doggers continues next week as Fever Dreams is featured at the illustrious TromaDance Festival in New Jersey.

Fever Dreams was created by David Jackson and Pierre Lloga, and Fully Grown Babies features the astonishing talents of Brok Power and James Arnold-Garvey. We can’t wait to see what the USA will make of these pretty diaper boys.

Fever Dreams is also about to screen this week at The Los Angeles Web Series Festival alongside fellow Lost Doggers, The Peep Jeep and The Broken Ones. The LA Webfest is the world’s first film festival for web series and will be held on April 6-8, at the Radisson LAX. Keep your paws crossed for all of the gang.

Three Lost Dog Season 1 shows, The Peep Jeep, The Broken Ones and Fever Dreams have gained official selection in the 2012 Los Angeles Web Series Festival.

The LA Webfest is the world’s first web series festival, and includes screenings, events and workshops from April 6-8 in Los Angeles. This year, selected winners can win an expenses-paid trip to the Marseille Webfest in the South of France. We’re already polishing our baguettes in anticipation.

The Peep Jeep has also been selected for another LA-based web series festival, The HollyWeb Festival.

Meanwhile, Just Buy Stuff has been picked up as a Prime Time show for Channel 101 New York, an audience-judged online comedy network created by Community creator Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab. Each month, at a live screening in New York an audience decides on which new shows make the cut.

Just Buy Stuff went straight to Prime Time following a screening late last year – a feat all the more remarkable seeing as we couldn’t stack the crowd with all of our mums. Watch as these talented pups compete against a fresh crop of Channel 101 shows later this month. Best of luck to Fabian and Mahalia.
